1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Coinkidink! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Coinkidink platform. By registering an account, accessing, or using Coinkidink, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Coinkidink or any of its services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and Coinkidink Ltd (“Coinkidink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the platform is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms in full.
2. Scope of Services
Coinkidink is an online matchmaking and networking platform created for cryptocurrency enthusiasts. Our service enables users to connect with others who share an interest in crypto – whether for friendship, dating, professional networking, or knowledge-sharing. Through Coinkidink, users can create profiles, match or connect with others, and communicate via the platform. We provide a social networking service tailored to the crypto community; however, we do not offer any cryptocurrency trading, brokerage, or investment services through Coinkidink. All interactions and relationships formed via Coinkidink are solely between users, and Coinkidink’s role is to provide the platform for these connections.
3. User Eligibility
Coinkidink is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The platform is not available to minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must refrain from using or accessing Coinkidink. Coinkidink may ask for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users suspected to be underage. By using the service, you also affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and complying with its terms.
4. Prohibited Activities
When using Coinkidink, you agree not to engage in any activities that are unlawful, harmful, or violate the rights of others or the integrity of our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Harassment or Abuse: You will not harass, bully, abuse, or threaten other users. This includes using hateful language, stalking, or encouraging others to harass someone. Everyone deserves to use Coinkidink free from intimidation or fear.
Fraud and Impersonation: You will not engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes. Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or intentions. Creating fake profiles or pretending to be someone else in order to deceive is strictly forbidden.
Unauthorized Solicitations or Transactions: You may not use Coinkidink for any unauthorized or illegal financial transactions. This means you cannot solicit investments, ask for money or cryptocurrency, promote get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or any form of scam. Using the platform to advertise or solicit any products or services without our approval is prohibited.
Sharing Sensitive Information: For your safety, never share highly sensitive personal or financial information on your profile or in conversations. This includes crypto wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or banking details. You must also not pressure others to share such information. Any attempt to obtain another user’s sensitive financial info (or giving out your own) is prohibited and extremely risky. Coinkidink will never ask you for your private keys or seed phrases – if someone does, assume it’s a scam.
Unsafe or Harmful Conduct: You must not engage in conduct that could cause harm to yourself or others. This includes arranging in-person meetings in an unsafe manner. If you choose to meet someone from Coinkidink in real life, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling a friend or family member about your plans, and using common sense. Coinkidink does not conduct criminal background checks on users, so always exercise caution when meeting or sharing personal information with someone you’ve met through the platform.
Coinkidink reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action (including account suspension or termination) against anyone who, in our judgment, engages in any of the above prohibited activities or any other behavior that violates these Terms or harms our community. Such action may include removal of offending content, warnings to users, suspension or banning of accounts, or reporting to law enforcement if necessary.
5. User-Generated Content
Coinkidink allows users to create profiles, post information (such as bios or interests), and upload images or other content (“User Content”). By submitting or posting any content on Coinkidink, you agree to the following:
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you provide. This means you must ensure that anything you upload (text, images, etc.) is accurate, truthful, and appropriate. You should have the necessary rights to share the content. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, infringing of others’ rights, or otherwise objectionable. If your content includes information about others, you must have their consent. Coinkidink is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of User Content, so please ensure you do not mislead others.
Ownership and License: Coinkidink Ltd owns all content posted on the platform, including user profiles, bios, photos, and other materials you upload. By posting content, you hereby transfer and/or assign to Coinkidink all rights, title, and interest in that content. This allows us to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, or promote the platform, without any compensation to you.
Content Removal: Coinkidink reserves the right to remove or moderate any user content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor everything, but we have the authority to edit or delete any content that we, in our sole discretion, find objectionable or in breach of the rules.
6. No Investment or Financial Advice
Coinkidink is a social platform for enthusiasts and is not a financial advisor or brokerage service. Nothing on Coinkidink should be construed as investment, financial, or trading advice. We do not endorse or verify any opinions or recommendations posted by users regarding cryptocurrency or investments.
User Responsibility for Decisions: Any financial discussions or information you encounter on Coinkidink are for general informational purposes only and reflect the views of individual users, not Coinkidink. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information or advice obtained from our platform. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.
No Liability for Advice: Coinkidink will not be responsible for any losses or damages that result from actions you take based on content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coinkidink provides the platform to help you meet and connect with others, but we cannot guarantee your safety, compatibility with other users, or any particular outcome from using our service. You agree that your interactions with other users are entirely at your own risk.
Platform “As-Is”: Coinkidink is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coinkidink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and your use of it.
No Indirect Damages: Coinkidink Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Coinkidink reserves the right to update, revise, or change these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use Coinkidink after any revisions, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
